Puppy Picture Day!!We are so fortunate to have a professional dog photographer in our family! Our daughter in law, Jenn, owner of Wet Nose Studio takes most of our website pictures. She just has a way to capture squirmy puppies and make it look like they are just sitting there, smiling, waiting for her to take the picture. In reality they are at the age where they barely ever sit still! Jenn does such an awesome job of showing all of their cuteness! This is a busy week for me and the puppies. We will be going to the vet and another, more fun outing. They will be playing outside some in the evenings when it is a bit cooler, maybe in the kiddie pool! They will be working on steps and getting used to concrete, gravel, stone and grass. They will have a couple of introductions to the cat!! A little more time will be spent in a crate, but will be with littermates. By the end of the week they will be transitioned completely from mush and soaked kibble to dry puppy food.
They will be ready for their new lives with their new families!!
The following week is "go home week" for many of the puppies. Two will be staying a bit longer and will start training with me. And the four hopefully will find their forever families!

Merry Christmas!! We celebrate Christmas with our family on Christmas Eve, so today is a quiet day here, just us and the dogs. Okay, maybe it's not so quiet, lol. Today I can take the time to reflect on the true meaning of Christmas and thank God for the gift of Jesus, my Savior! I also want to wish a Merry Christmas to all Kindred Spirits puppies/dogs, their families and all of the readers of this newsletter. I truly hope everyone enjoys family and friends, including their fur babies today....
Happy Howl-loween Halloween is not a holiday that we celebrate, but I hope that anyone reading this newsletter that does had a safe and fun Halloween!
